The Dynamic Weather Effects is a confirmed feature in Project CARS. While Slightly Mad only gave a more brief description on this feature, they did confirmed that the weather effects will be extremely detailed, going as far as each raindrop, riplet and godays, and possibly altering the vehicle's performance.
Confirmed Weather[]
Rain is usually shown throughout their trailers, as snow and other types of weather are not present. The player can add or change these options via the Main Menu on the track selector.
